About the role

ANNA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Developmental Evaluator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developmental psychology and experience conducting comprehensive evaluations for children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough developmental evaluations for children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with families to understand their child's unique needs and challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on evaluation results
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families throughout the evaluation process
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in developmental psychology

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in developmental psychology or related field
  • Valid Massachusetts license as a Psychologist (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Knowledge of developmental theories and models
  • Experience with standardized assessment tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
