About the role
ANNA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Developmental Evaluator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developmental psychology and experience conducting comprehensive evaluations for children and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough developmental evaluations for children and adolescents
- Collaborate with families to understand their child's unique needs and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on evaluation results
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to families throughout the evaluation process
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in developmental psychology
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in developmental psychology or related field
- Valid Massachusetts license as a Psychologist (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of developmental theories and models
- Experience with standardized assessment tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
