About the role

ANNA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Developmental Evaluator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developmental psychology and experience conducting comprehensive evaluations for children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough developmental evaluations for children and adolescents
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
  • Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support the child's development
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in developmental psychology

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in developmental evaluations
  • Valid Massachusetts license as a Psychologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience working with neurodiverse populations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually
