About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Developmental Evaluation Specialist. This role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations to support families in understanding their child's development and needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough developmental evaluations using evidence-based assessments
- Collaborate with families to understand their child's development and needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans based on evaluation results
- Provide ongoing support and resources to families
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in developmental evaluation
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience in conducting developmental evaluations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders and interventions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and families
- Passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Skills
- Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
