About the role
This position is available at our center in [City, State]. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to clients in accordance with evidence-based practices.
- Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to monitor client development and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or willingness to obtain within the next 12 months.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
