About the role

This position is available at our center in [City, State]. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to clients in accordance with evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to monitor client development and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or willingness to obtain within the next 12 months.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some evening and weekend availability as needed.
