About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Implement and supervise ABA therapy services in the home and community settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and effective communication with families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Provide supervision and training to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices

Requirements

  • Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Must be licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina
  • Spanish Speaker
