About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Implement and supervise ABA therapy services in the home and community settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and effective communication with families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Provide supervision and training to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Spanish Speaker
