About the role
At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensure in MN to join our team of professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of professionals to implement treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Provide direction and supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of service delivery
- Stay current with industry developments, trends, and best practices in ABA and autism treatment
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensure in the state of Minnesota as a BCBA
- Experience working with children with ASD, preferably in an in-home or community-based setting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
