What You'll Do
- Carry out behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Develop, oversee, and monitor ABA programs
- Offer clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA)
- Analyze data and modify treatment plans based on client progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals
- Complete documentation promptly and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards
- Advocate for positive outcomes that enhance each client's quality of life
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
- Passion for working with children and families
Preferred Experience
- Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Providing parent training and caregiver support
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
