What You'll Do

  • Carry out behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Develop, oversee, and monitor ABA programs
  • Offer clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA)
  • Analyze data and modify treatment plans based on client progress
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards
  • Advocate for positive outcomes that enhance each client's quality of life

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Passion for working with children and families

Preferred Experience

  • Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Providing parent training and caregiver support
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
