What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programming
- Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and BTs
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards
- Advocate for meaningful outcomes that improve each client's quality of life
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
- Passion for working with children and families
Preferred Experience
- Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Experience providing parent training and caregiver support
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
