Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and monitor behavior support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Ensure all programs adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to behavior analysis.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behavior analysis methodologies.
