Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organizational policies.
- Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Ensure all programs adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to behavior analysis.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behavior analysis methodologies.

MD BCBA (Required)
Qualifications
