Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
  • Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with families to set and track goals, providing ongoing support and feedback
  • Provide direct therapy sessions in a supportive, play-focused environment
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field
  • BCBA certification or eligibility for BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification or eligibility for BCBA certification
  • Experience supervising RBTs and developing treatment plans
  • Proven success in delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with families and team members

Benefits

  • Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually

Pay

  • Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually
  • Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees
  • Become eligible for long-term ownership in the company upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, daytime hours
  • Almost 30 days off in Year One: including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days
