Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAs
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Partner with families and collaborate with schools and other providers
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver services in home, school, and/or clinic settings based on client needs
Requirements
- BCBA certification (or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
