Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

About the role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversee RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments such as preference and functional assessments. You will also supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis and engage in other typical BCBA activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Active BCBA certification
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date (if required)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 (Full-Time) with a relocation package up to $10,000
