About the role

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABA Centers of Georgia will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. They will oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, such as preference assessments, functional assessments, and staff performance assessments. BCBA candidates must be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly

Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
