Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
- Perform other typical BCBA activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Active BCBA certification
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
