About the role

This is a hybrid remote position based in Philadelphia with flexible scheduling—choose your own hours and locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Oversee behavior technicians with weekly hands-on training and program monitoring
• Design and analyze individualized clinical treatment plans
• Provide weekly parent training sessions to teach ABA principles
• Assess client progress over time

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Behavior Specialist License (Required)

$90.00 - $100.00 per hour
