We're seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in Fargo, ND. Whether you're an experienced BCBA or newly certified, if you're committed to helping children build meaningful skills and reach their full potential, we want to meet you. What You'll Do As a Pediatric BCBA, you'll help children with a medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), along with a range of other developmental and behavioral needs, develop skills, build independence, and thrive in their daily environments. Your Responsibilities Will Include Conduct functional behavior assessments (as needed), develop individualized treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans as neededComplete initial evaluations and re-evaluations every 6 monthsProvide direct therapy (as needed) along with supervision of Behavior Management Therapists (BMTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and/or Behavior Technicians (BTs)Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans and behavior plans as neededPartner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settingsMaintain timely and clear documentation for assessments, supervision, and program modificationsCollaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, EI, and mental health professionals What You'll Bring Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationLicensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North DakotaA genuine passion for working with children and familiesPediatric experience preferred, but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
