About the role
Sunrise ABA provides center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We offer a hybrid-remote opportunity with schedule flexibility and autonomy, including full-time and part-time positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18
- Data collection utilizing Central Reach
- Billable hour requirements: 25 hours for full-time BCBAs, 15 hours for part-time BCBAs
- Complete intake and assessments
- Parent training
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
- Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s Degree
- High emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
