Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Sunrise ABA provides center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We offer a hybrid-remote opportunity with schedule flexibility and autonomy, supporting work/life balance through telehealth. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Collect data utilizing Central Reach.
• Meet billable hour requirements: 25 hours for full-time BCBAs, 15 hours for part-time BCBAs.
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Conduct parent training.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master’s Degree.
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics.
• Passion for client success.
• Strong leadership skills.
