About the role
Sunrise ABA provides center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We offer a hybrid-remote opportunity with schedule flexibility and autonomy, supporting work/life balance through telehealth. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
- Collect data utilizing Central Reach.
- Meet billable hour requirements: 25 hours for full-time BCBAs, 15 hours for part-time BCBAs.
- Complete intake and assessments.
- Conduct parent training.
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
- Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s Degree.
- High emphasis on integrity and ethics.
- Passion for client success.
- Strong leadership skills.
