Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, or Special Education).
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst/senior BCBA.
Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist Status.
Minimum 1-year experience as a BCBA.
Demonstrate a passion for working with children with ASD and support for their families.
Possess strong leadership skills including excellent communication, motivator, and self-starter.
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
A passion to create change in a child's life.
Able to work with challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities
Develop research-based and individualized behavior analytical programming for children with autism.
Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
Create and oversee treatment plans and behavior management protocols.
Lead a team of BT/RBTs giving training, instruction, and guidance on ABA therapy.
Review data and program effectiveness, make treatment modifications, and graph/monitor progress.
Meet regularly with parents and incorporate the client’s progress into parent training sessions.

$75,000-$80,000 salary.
