Responsibilities

  • Administers, conducts, evaluates, modifies, and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan.
  • Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Ongoing program oversight and weekly supervision of RBTs with at least 25% in-person visits per month.
  • Completes all necessary documentation.
  • Provides quality parent training on a monthly basis.
  • Ensures billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Ensures health and safety standards are met across treatment settings.
  • Provides oversight to ensure all behavior technicians and RBTs are performing consistently with the same standard of care and operational excellence to all clients.

Requirements

  • BCBA Certification
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
  • Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA
  • Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB, Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Treatment Writing, Session Notes

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). They should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including but not limited to DTT, NATS/NET, VB, Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Treatment Writing, and Session Notes. Experience in managing and supervising RBTs, conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families is essential. A background in education, psychology, or behavior analysis is preferred, with a Master’s or Doctorate degree.

Pay

$110,000 Salary (+Bonus structure)
