Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experts in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism. Hybrid options are available.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals
• Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Providing parent training and education to involve the family in the treatment process
• Assessing client progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA Therapy
