About the role

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and provides clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of the treatment plan.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and design treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Provide ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.
  • Complete all necessary documentation.
  • Deliver quality parent training on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Commit to maintaining client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.

Requirements

  • BCBA Certification (Required)
  • Virginia LBA License (Required)

Pay

Part-time: $100.00 per billable hour. Full-time: $100,000 salary with bonus structure.

Schedule

  • Full-time: 25 hours weekly.
  • Part-time: Choose your own hours.
  • Remote/hybrid capabilities available.
