About the role
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and provides clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of the treatment plan.
- Develop individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and design treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
- Provide ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.
- Complete all necessary documentation.
- Deliver quality parent training on a monthly basis.
- Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Commit to maintaining client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.
Requirements
- BCBA Certification (Required)
- Virginia LBA License (Required)
Pay
Part-time: $100.00 per billable hour. Full-time: $100,000 salary with bonus structure.
Schedule
- Full-time: 25 hours weekly.
- Part-time: Choose your own hours.
- Remote/hybrid capabilities available.
