Responsibilities

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands‑on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client’s individualized clinical program and analyzing effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling; choose your own hours and locations (hybrid in Philadelphia)

• Behavior Specialist License (required)

$90.00 – $100.00 per hour

Schedule

• Day shift, Monday to Friday
