About the role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is part of an E-12 district-wide Special Services Student Support Team. This team collaborates with teachers, administrators, paraeducators, and students to support the behavioral and social-emotional needs of Special Education programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional development and coaching to Special Education Case Managers and Paraeducators
- Develop interventions and strategies to support students
- Assist in program development and consultation
- Support student data collection to guide positive behavior plan development
- Provide supervision, training, and support to district student support specialists
- Conduct analyses of student behaviors
Requirements
- BCBA Certification
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents, and staff
Pay
Annual salary: $50,000–$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Salary will be prorated based on the assignment duration.
