Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs (we use CentralReach)
• Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation and compliance with QA support
• Participate in ongoing professional development
• Collaborate, innovate, and lead in creating a caring community

Requirements

• BCBA Certification
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Stellar organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Part Time and Full-Time positions available.
