About the role
The Pediatric Place is hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team and help expand services within our growing Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and motivated BCaBA passionate about helping children and families thrive through collaborative, evidence-based ABA services.

As a BCaBA at The Pediatric Place, you will collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, counselors, and dietitians to provide comprehensive support focused on treating the whole child.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide behavioral support services for pediatric patients
- Manage, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary therapy professionals
- Provide parent and caregiver education and support
- Assist in building and expanding ABA programming within the Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning
- Create engaging and individualized treatment approaches for children
Requirements
- Current BCaBA certification/licensure required
- Postgraduate degree
- Experience designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Experience mentoring and managing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric team
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay
Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 – $65,000 annually, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
