Setting: Hybrid - In-Person. We are seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team across Springfield area. This full-time or part-time hybrid role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collecting behavioral data, documenting patient progress, and supporting individualized treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with behavioral assessments.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide behavioral interventions within the scope of practice.
• Collect and document behavioral data.
• Document treatment activities and patient progress.
• Support individualized treatment goals.
• Communicate observations and progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field, as applicable.
• Current BCaBA certification.
• Applicable Virginia license/credential.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other behavioral health conditions is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under BCBA supervision.
