About the Role
The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care. You will work in conjunction with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering ABA plans of care.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals.
- Conduct patient assessments and manage patient care with strong documentation skills.
Requirements
- Pass a background check.
- Hold certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- At least one year of experience participating in an ABA program with supervision of RBTs.
- Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting, and reach with hands and arms.
- Must have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing.
- May require lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
