About the Role
The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care. You will work in conjunction with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
Requirements
- Pass a background check
- Hold certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills
- At least one year of experience participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs

Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing or sitting, reach with hands and arms, and quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.
