About the role

We are looking for a dedicated BCaBA to join our Kansas City team providing in-home ABA therapy services. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and serve as a key clinical resource for our RBT staff. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to pediatric clients in their home environment
  • Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately and consistently
  • Assist in conducting skills assessments and preference assessments
  • Train and provide feedback to RBTs under the direction of the supervising BCBA
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and programming
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with payer and company requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training

Requirements

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Missouri BCaBA license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Strong data collection and clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
  • Reliable transportation to client homes in the Kansas City area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs
  • Familiarity with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management software
  • Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessment tools

Pay
