Your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilitiesDeveloping and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansProviding one-on-one therapy and family supportSupervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality careCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutionsMaintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health 🧠 What You Bring We’re looking for team members who are not only qualified but genuinely care.
