About the Role
The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care. You will work in conjunction with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on our team.
Requirements
- Pass a background check
- Hold certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills
- At least one year of experience participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs
- Comfort with a company assisting in paying for your BCBA certificate
- Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for Applied Behavior Analysis

Physical Demands

- Frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting, and reach with hands and arms
