Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by autism
• Manage individualized behavior programming under the supervision of a BCBA
• Supervise the implementation of treatment plans
• Develop individualized goals/objectives
• Individualize client treatment plans/curricula
• Manage Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCaBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting
