About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by autism
- Manage individualized behavior programming under the supervision of a BCBA
- Supervise the implementation of treatment plans
- Develop individualized goals/objectives
- Individualize client treatment plans/curricula
- Manage Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCaBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting
