About the role

We are looking for passionate BCaBA to help us fulfill our mission to make socially significant change in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Integral To Ensuring The Highest Possible Treatment Outcomes For Families Affected By Autism.
  • A Member Of The Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, The BCaBA Manages Individualized Behavior Programming Under The Supervision Of a BCBA, Including Supervising implementation of treatment plans.
  • Developing individualized goals/objectives.
  • Individualizing client treatment plans/curricula.
  • Managing RBTs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BCaBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
