About the role
We are looking for passionate BCaBA to help us fulfill our mission to make socially significant change in the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities
- Integral To Ensuring The Highest Possible Treatment Outcomes For Families Affected By Autism.
- A Member Of The Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, The BCaBA Manages Individualized Behavior Programming Under The Supervision Of a BCBA, Including Supervising implementation of treatment plans.
- Developing individualized goals/objectives.
- Individualizing client treatment plans/curricula.
- Managing RBTs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCaBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB.
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
