About the role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, assisting with behavior assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
- Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
- Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
- Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
- Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.
