About the role
We are now hiring a Business Office Assistant (BOA) to join our team at Olive Vista Behavioral Health. Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality care that focuses on the unique needs of our residents and families.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the business office operations to ensure internal controls are in place and operating satisfactorily.
- Maximize cash flow and meet company accounts receivable targets.
- Track and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as a financial liaison between corporate departments and other staff, enhancing the effectiveness of audit and compliance efforts.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, ability to apply for resident benefits, and understanding of banking processes.
- Knowledgeable about nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to long-term care.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in long-term billing positions or similar roles.
- Experience with PointClickCare.

Pay
