What will you do?

  • Service and repair vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
  • Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
  • Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.

What are we looking for?

  • BMW/MINI experience is highly desired.
  • Minimum of 2 + years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, UTI graduate.
  • Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements INDAT.

Pay

Competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $21.00 - $29.93 USD per hour.

About the Role

Busy BMW of Fort Lauderdale has an outstanding opportunity for an Automotive Technician to join the Holman family. Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications
