BMW Genius / Lot Attendant

About the Role

New Country Motor Cars Group is looking to add a BMW Genius / Lot Attendant to support our growing team. As a Delivery Specialist, you will maintain a high degree of product and technology knowledge, including vehicle features, smartphone applications, and available resources. Responsibilities

• Ensure the pre-delivery process is properly performed and the vehicle is ready for the guest.
• Assist the management team in keeping vehicles and the lot in order.
• Set proper expectations for the length of delivery.
• Master all vehicle product knowledge prior to customer delivery.
• Personalize the vehicle delivery to the customer's needs.
• Deliver an exceptional experience, overseeing the guest's first interaction with their new car.
• Utilize all resources and applications to assist in product information support.
• Provide a smooth transition to the Delivery Specialist for future information or issue resolution.
• Maintain a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong, positive work ethic and interest in a long-term position.
• Professional appearance and impeccable professional integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service and technology experience is a plus.
