About the role
EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Lot Attendant for their store in Nashville, TN. This position is part of the reconditioning team responsible for preparing nearly-new, low-mileage vehicles for sale.
Responsibilities
- Cosmetic inspections, quality assurance, photograph vehicles and ensure vehicles’ readiness for sale
- Work in a high volume, team-based environment
- Operate vehicles accurately and safely throughout the lot
- Absorb and assist in the valet process as needed
Requirements
- No experience required, but an automotive background is a plus
- Able to work outside in all climates and conditions
- Transparent, willing to learn, takes ownership, celebrates small successes, and takes the high road
