Our Chapman BMW Chandler team is currently seeking a BMW Client Advisor to join our luxury sales team.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and identify needs to recommend suitable BMW vehicles
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany clients on test drives
• Education customers on financing options, warranties, and the purchase process
• Stay current on BMW inventory, features, and automotive technology
• Negotiate deals and assist with sales and financing paperwork
• Deliver vehicles and ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
• Generate leads through networking and business development activities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up activity

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Luxury/high-line experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a client-first mindset
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals effectively
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn dealership systems and evolving vehicle technology
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in all interactions
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Pay

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Uncapped Commission

Schedule

Variation: Shifts Vary | Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm (5-day workweek)
