About the role

Hilton Head BMW is seeking experienced technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, and enjoy contributing to a dynamic, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Several years of automotive technician or mechanic experience
• Automotive technical or trade school degree
• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in: brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred
