BMV Call Center Representative
About the role
The Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) seeks Customer Service Representatives to provide timely and accurate customer service. This position operates on a fully remote schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer transactions using job knowledge
- Answer customer questions and provide guidance
- Absorb and process cash and card transactions
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and system problems
- File applications as completed throughout the day
Requirements
Individuals must be able to articulate or demonstrate top-notch communication skills, a high level of critical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot, process cash and card transactions, and travel up to 20% of the time.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE) and customer service experience are preferred, but not required. No degree is required.

Pay

Schedule
This position operates on a fully remote schedule. You will be required to meet minimum internet speed requirements, including upload and download speeds. During the onboarding and orientation process, you will be required to report to a BMV location near you to collect the necessary equipment.
