About the role

Become a fully certified Ford Technician through our in-house dedicated technician training program. The apprentice program at Bluebonnet Motors is designed to guide entry-level technicians with basic skills to full certification in 2-3 years. If you have the desire to build a long-term career as a certified technician, we welcome you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic inspections, diagnostic, and mechanic services for automobiles under supervision.

Requirements

• General understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Must be willing to work Saturdays.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
