Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements.
• Cut, measure, and fit insulation materials according to specifications.
• Seal air leaks and ensure proper ventilation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials.
• Teach and lead a successful crew of 2–4 members.

Requirements

• Must have Crew Chief Certificate (Mass Save).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
