Responsibilities

• Install company products (insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other sold products) according to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Review daily work schedules and ensure trucks are loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as needed.
• Handle any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes (this is a safety-sensitive position).

Travel Requirements

• Local travel daily to job sites.
• Occasional out-of-town travel as required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
