Job Description
The Blow Mold Operator will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient production of products by operating the blow mold equipment, changing over as needed to meet production requirements, and performing basic troubleshooting techniques should problems arise. The Blow Mold Operator will also be required to perform QA tests related to the blow molding process.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- General Operation of the blow mold machines to include minor mechanical and/or process adjustments and general troubleshooting
- Perform required quality testing procedures as defined by CCBCU to include all production process recording
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards
- Execute machine changeovers and support preventive maintenance requirements as needed
- Replenishment of raw materials
- Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What You Need To Succeed
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
- Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Able to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
- Able to maintain safety and security of Company assets
- Able to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
- Experience driving forklift preferred
- Knowledge of safe and correct procedures for cleaning, set-up and operation of manufacturing machinery
- Able to demonstrate use of basic tools
- Able to work with all functional team members
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to climb 10 – 12 ft ladder

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 12 months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
