Blow Mold Operator

Responsibilities

- Operate blow mold machines, make minor adjustments, and troubleshoot issues. - Perform quality control tests and record production processes. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Execute machine changeovers and assist with preventive maintenance. - Replenish raw materials. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum age 18 years old. - Possess personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the position. - Have regular and prompt attendance. - Read, write, and speak English. - Maintain a neat professional appearance. - Ensure safety and security of company assets. - Utilize all company provided resources and technology. - Hold a high school diploma or GED, or have 12 months of related experience and/or training. - Be willing to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedules. - Have experience driving forklifts. - Demonstrate knowledge of safe and correct procedures for cleaning, setting up, and operating manufacturing machinery. - Show ability to use basic tools. - Work effectively with all functional team members. - Exhibit effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Be able to climb a 10-12 ft ladder.
