About the role

As a Support Specialist with the Bloomberg On-Site Support (BOS) team in San Francisco, you will provide high-touch IT support across Bloomberg client and office environments while helping deliver the technology and services our clients and colleagues rely on every day. This is a visible, client-facing role for someone early in their IT career who has a strong technical foundation, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly. We are looking for someone who is sharp, curious, technically capable, and able to communicate confidently with both clients and colleagues.
