We are seeking an experienced Blockchain & Crypto Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within the Web3 industry.

Responsibilities

• Guiding clients through blockchain strategy and cryptocurrency fundamentals
• Helping clients understand smart contracts and decentralized applications
• Building practical skills needed for Web3 development roles
• Supporting clients on the career side, including:
• Resume review
• LinkedIn review
• Cover letter guidance
• Behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to blockchain and crypto roles
• Offering networking strategy
• Supporting salary negotiation
• Providing promotion strategy guidance
• Offering guidance for those pursuing freelancing opportunities in the space

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency (as a developer, founder, investor, or industry professional)
• A track record of skill building in emerging Web3 technologies
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients in the Web3 industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency
